Sales & Operations Co-ordinator

Primary function of this role is to assist the Sales and Operations teams duties  and co-ordinate logistics for the offshore personnel team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing sales support by answering and responding to sales enquiries and the provision of customer quotations in response to sales opportunities
  • Undertaking operations administration by supporting the workshop through stock control and ordering of consumables, spares and stock items
  • Working with the Operations Manager to provide administrative support to the Operations department
  • To co-ordinate personnel logistics of the offshore engineering team by liaising with customers on projects, arranging travel and providing pre-mobilisation checks ahead of all offshore travel

Person Specification:

  • Degree (2.1 or above) in commercial related subject
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, energetic and enthusiastic individual
