Global subsea equipment solutions specialist, Ashtead Technology has strengthened its UK team with the appointment of Stuart Murray as regional sales manager.
With a career spanning more than 10 years in the subsea industry, Mr Murray joins Ashtead from iSurvey, where he was business development manager for the company’s survey and cable installation activities. Prior to this he held a number of business development and engineering roles with Bibby Offshore, Viking SeaTech and Veripos.
Based in Aberdeen, Mr Murray will be tasked with driving sales and business development activities across Europe. He will take over the reins from Kevin Murray who after nine years with Ashtead, has relocated to the company’s Abu Dhabi base to further develop opportunities in the Middle East.
