Ashtead Technology has state of the art calibration facilities in Aberdeen, Houston, Norway and Singapore.
Equipped with the latest instrumentation to accurately verify a variety of sensors to ensure maximum performance in the field, our laboratory offers calibrations covering a wide range of equipment, including:
- Non-destructive testing equipment
- Ultrasonic thickness gauges
- Gas monitors and alarms
All calibrations are carried out by qualified, trained technicians in accordance with equipment manufacturer specifications and procedures. Our laboratories carry out instrument calibrations to measure the following parameters:
- Pressure
- Temperature
- Velocity
- Conductivity
- Heading
- Inclination
Third party calibration services on Valeport hydrographic and oceanographic instruments, as well as Sonardyne, Tritech and Paroscientific Instruments.
Wizzo calibration table
The Wizzo calibration table strengthens Ashtead Technology’s comprehensive pre- and post-deployment equipment testing, ensuring offshore survey equipment is delivered in optimal condition for critical operations.
The system enables precise MRU calibration and sensor validation, helping verify the accuracy of navigation and motion reference systems used in subsea and offshore environments. By enhancing our in-house calibration and testing capabilities, the Wizzo table supports reliable offshore equipment calibration, reducing risk and ensuring clients receive equipment ready to perform in demanding offshore conditions.
