Ashtead Technology acquires Seadraulics

Ashtead Technology, a leading subsea technology solutions provider to the global offshore energy sector announces it has acquired Australian based company Seadraulics.
Seadraulics, based in Perth, specialises in ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) tooling and support services to the offshore energy industry in Australia and the wider Asia market.
Supporting projects across the full lifecycle of offshore infrastructure, from site characterisation, construction, inspection, maintenance and repair through to decommissioning, Seadraulics further enhances Ashtead Technology’s global geographical footprint, strengthening our differentiated technology and service offering for customers.
