In this role you will arrange transportation and manage deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay, ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly and compliance with export and import regulations, and our internal compliance program.

The role holder will also support the contract management and sales team and Operations Manager, making sure that warehouse is clean and organised and that company vehicles are serviced and well maintained, to meet the standards for QHSE Vehicle and Warehouse Inspections. You will also be flexible regarding hours of work to assist with operational demands should this be needed and willing to carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of experience with import and export compliance along with previous administrative experience preferably in a technical environment. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work with different bespoke software packages. Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet different deadlines is also essential. The ability to operate a forklift would be an advantage.
