Ashtead Technology has customised our line of miniROVs to maximise performance and offer compatibility with our extensive catalogue of inspection tools. Small, easily transportable and requiring minimal laydown area and site preparation time, Ashtead Technology’s MiniROVs can be deployed from small vessels of opportunity, direct from energy production assets or from traditional IRM vessels.
All Ashtead Technology miniROVs use vectored thruster control systems for complete 6 degrees of freedom, allowing access to tight spaces and ability to perform challenging tasks.
With up to 300m length tether powered by a dedicated topside PSU and operating depth of 300m, Ashtead Technology’s MiniROVs can perform site investigation, visual inspection, NDT, 3D imaging and measurement, light rigging, or provide support to Work Class ROV operations.
