Calibration

Ashtead Technology has state of the art calibration facilities in Aberdeen, Houston and Singapore.

Equipped with the latest instrumentation to accurately verify a variety of sensors to ensure maximum performance in the field, our laboratory offers calibrations covering a wide range of equipment, including:

  • Non-destructive testing equipment
  • Ultrasonic flaw detectors
  • Ultrasonic thickness gauges
  • Gas monitors and alarms

All calibrations are carried out by qualified, trained technicians in accordance with equipment manufacturer specifications and procedures. Our laboratories carry out instrument calibrations to measure the following parameters:

  • Pressure
  • Temperature
  • Velocity
  • Conductivity
  • Heading
  • Inclination
  • Magnetic particles

We are ASQ Certified and can provide third party calibration services on Valeport hydrographic and oceanographic instruments, as well as Sonardyne & Tritech standard sonars.
