Cable Moulding

From our Houston facility, we manufacture bespoke subsea cables and cable assemblies for ROV and subsea applications, delivering standard, bespoke and fully custom solutions to meet project-specific requirements. Using advanced high-pressure moulding technology, we produce durable, high-integrity cable systems designed for harsh offshore environments.

Capabilities include:

Moulding of neoprene, polyurethane and polyethylene cables
Encapsulation and potting of sensors, electronics and junction boxes
Subsea and topside power, data and HD video cables
Cable assemblies for Military applications
PBOF cable assemblies, mechanical tow terminations and multi-connector breakout cables
Comprehensive stock of Burton™ and other OEM connectors

Calibration

Our Houston facility is equipped with modern calibration instrumentation to deliver accurate temperature, pressure, sound velocity and conductivity calibration, ensuring equipment performs reliably in the field.

All calibration work is carried out locally by qualified technicians, in line with manufacturer specifications and documented procedures. We maintain accuracy through regular testing and analysis of temperature tanks and PRT probes, supported by full calibration records and traceability for quality assurance.

Testing facilities

We have strengthened our in-house testing capabilities in the Americas with the addition of two new test beds at our Thomas Road facility in Houston: a 50Te indoor unit and a 250Te outdoor unit.

These facilities are equipped to support static and dynamic load testing across a wide range of equipment, including drum and linear winches, A-Frames and sheaves. This provides the versatility and precision required to support complex marine and offshore applications.

We also offer comprehensive spooling operations, with spooling winches up to 250Te available for immediate local deployment and larger spooling equipment up to 500Te available through our global network.

Supported by a dedicated team of design engineers and on-site technicians, we deliver fully bespoke testing services, alongside ongoing maintenance and repair support for client equipment ensuring reliability, compliance and operational confidence.
